So, in order to avoid such a state, try to move as much as possible from the very beginning of the holiday. Surely, there will be a certain group of people who would dance with pleasure - keep them company. Thus, you will be able to immediately objectively assess your condition, moreover, thanks to movement, the drunken state will be much easier to disappear, and you will preserve your good health longer.

Many begin to dance, go to the balcony to smoke, or simply move constantly, for example, helping the hostess to update the decoration of the table. My mother, on the other hand, gave me one interesting piece of advice for a very long time - if you feel that you are slowly starting to get drunk - distract yourself, but not sitting, but standing. For example, wash the dishes. And indeed, you know, this method of distraction works great, besides, you will greatly help the hostess, who, for sure, is already sewn up, setting the table and taking care of her guests. If it was you who called all the guests, clean dishes will not hurt you at all.

I also wanted to remind you of one point. Many very often during the holidays, feeling not very well, immediately go outside to "breathe". If this is the case in winter, this is not recommended at all. A sharp change in temperature, especially after you "breathe" and return back to a warm room, will provoke even more intoxication.
