On May 26 and 27, 2017, Russian ninth graders will show how they learned to read, listen, write and speak in English.

Before we touch on the topic of answers, let's make it clear what the OGE is. The abbreviation means “basic state exam”. He is not the only one, there is also the GVE - the state final exam. It is taken by those guys who study in closed schools or have some health restrictions. GVE is fundamentally different from the OGE. There is no test component in it: it is a traditional ticket exam. The OGE is, in essence, the USE, only for the ninth grades. The entire content of the subject is checked, tasks are presented according to a strictly organized system, the examiner does not see the examinee. Both exams are related to the state final certification (GIA), so we will talk specifically about the GIA (OGE).

Changes in the OGE 2017 in English

Foreign language, and in particular English, is one of the few subjects that has undergone some changes this year. They are, however, insignificant and concern only the oral part. So, you will have to cast your vote not in two tasks, but in three, and you will need to speak not to a “live” examiner, but to a computer through a headset. Hence the changed number of tasks - 36 - and the total time for the exam - 135 minutes (120 minutes for the written part and 15 for the oral part).

The written part consists of the classic sections: listening, reading, writing and knowledge of vocabulary with grammar. Almost all tasks require only a short answer: either numbers / numbers corresponding to the correct answer / answers, or numbers, words, phrases. Only one task in the written part will require a detailed answer - a personal letter of 100-120 words.

The following question forms will be encountered:

  • with the choice of the correct answer (or several correct answers);
  • to establish a correspondence between elements of two sets;
  • to fill in the gaps in the text by bringing the given form of the word into the corresponding grammatical norm.

Answers to the OGE 2017 in English

There are no ready answers. There are a bunch of scammers who sell fake responses to fake "original" CMMs of 2017, but there are no real CMMs of 2017. You type into the search engine: "Answers to the OGE on May 26 and 27, 2017" - and you see a lot of sites, groups in social networks, seducing ninth-graders with ready-made answers and real KIMs of 2017, but you understand that behind these proposals there is nothing but cheating, not worth it?

Download the key to solving all tests right now!

If you are haunted by the uncertainty that you will cope with the OGE in English, do two things. First, use the remaining time more efficiently than ever. If possible, immerse yourself in the language environment abroad or in a private school in your city. It will not be superfluous to create partly such an environment yourself, sticking leaves with English words on things in the house, often communicating with friends, tutors. And second - remember, the world will not collapse because you do not pass the exam. Yes, you probably won't give up. So what? Allow this opportunity, and fear will go away, and success, on the contrary, will become closer.

OGE in 2017

The OGE is taken in 14 subjects. In addition to English, you can also take German, French or Spanish as a language. From the rest of the subjects, you can choose physics, chemistry, biology, literature, geography, history, social studies, computer science. And, of course, compulsory exams: in mathematics and Russian.

Specification
control measuring materials for carrying out
in 20176 main state exam
in FOREIGN LANGUAGES

1. Purpose of CMM for OGE- assess the level of language training in foreign language 9th grade graduates of general education institutions for the purpose of their final state certification. The exam results can be used when admitting students to specialized secondary school classes.

The OGE is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation".

2. Documents defining the content of CMM

  1. Federal component of the state standard of basic general education in foreign languages (order of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated 05.03.2004 No. 1089 "On the approval of the Federal component of state standards of primary general, basic general and secondary (complete) general education").
  2. Model programs in foreign languages // New state standards in foreign languages for grades 2-11 (Education in documents and comments. M .: AST: Astrel, 2004). When developing CMMs, the following are also taken into account:
    Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment. MSLU, 2003.
  3. Approaches to the selection of content, the development of the structure of CMM

The main goal of foreign language education in basic school is the formation of students' communicative competence, understood as the ability and willingness of students to communicate in a foreign language within the limits determined by the standard of basic general education in foreign languages. This goal implies the formation and development of students' communicative skills in speaking, reading, listening comprehension / listening and writing in a foreign language.

To determine the level of formation of the communicative competence of graduates of the basic school in the exam work of the OGE, two parts are provided (written and oral) and various types of tasks are used to test communication skills and language skills.

The fulfillment of the set of the tasks presented by the students makes it possible to assess the correspondence of the level of their foreign language training, achieved by the end of education in the basic school, to the level that is determined by the standard of basic general education in foreign languages. This level guarantees the possibility of successful continuation of education in secondary school.

4. Connection of the exam model of the OGE with the KIM of the exam

Examination work for the OGE and KIM USE in foreign languages have common objects of control (communication skills of graduates in listening, reading, writing and speaking, lexical and grammatical skills) and some common elements of content.

To check the communication skills and language skills of students in the examination papers of graduates of the 9th and 11th grades, the same types of tasks are used (for example, tasks with a short answer, tasks with a detailed answer, tasks to choose and record the number of one answer out of three proposed), and also single approaches to assessing productive and receptive types of speech activity.

At the same time, the OGE and the Unified State Exam differ in the objectives of the conduct, and the KIM OGE and the Unified State Exam differ in some verifiable elements of content, the number and level of complexity of tasks, the duration of the exam, which is due to the different content and conditions of teaching foreign languages in basic and secondary schools.

5. Characteristics of the structure and content of CMM

The examination paper consists of two parts:

  • written (sections 1-4, including tasks for listening, reading, writing, as well as tasks for controlling the lexical and grammatical skills of graduates);
  • oral (section 5, containing speaking tasks).

KIM in foreign languages includes tasks of different forms:

  • 14 tasks with one-digit recording of the answer: 6 tasks to test the auditing skills of graduates (section 1 "Listening tasks") and 8 tasks to test the reading skills of graduates (section 2 "Reading tasks");
  • 18 tasks with a short answer: 2 tasks to test auditory skills, 1 task to test reading skills and 15 tasks to test the lexical and grammatical skills of 9th grade graduates. The answer to tasks with a short answer is given by an appropriate entry in the form of a number or a sequence of numbers written without spaces and separating symbols or a word / phrase written without spaces and separators).
  • 3 tasks with a detailed answer: writing a personal letter in section 4 "Writing assignment"; thematic monologue and combined dialogue (section 5 "Speaking tasks").

.............................

GIA stands for state final certification, which is passed by students after the end of nine grades. Along with the term GIA, the OGE (the main state exam) is also used. Within the framework of the OGE, students must pass two compulsory subjects, and exams in other academic subjects: literature, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, social studies, foreign languages (English, German, French and Spanish), computer science and information technology are passed optionally.

How many subjects to take on the OGE in 2017?

Starting this year, schoolchildren after nine classes within the framework of the GIA, instead of two elective subjects, will take three. In this case, the grade in two subjects will affect the final grades in the certificate. The assessment in the third elective subject in 2017 (since this is the first year of implementation) will not affect the certificate.

For those who have decided to choose a foreign language (English, German, French or Spanish) as an elective subject, today I will tell you about the required number of points that must be collected in order to pass the GIA.

This year, the maximum number of points that an examinee can receive for completing the entire examination work in foreign languages (English, German, French or Spanish) is 70 points.

If a person passing the exam after the end of the ninth grade has from 0 to 28 points, then this is equivalent to a "two", for a "three" you need to score from 29 to 45 points. “Good” can be obtained if the work is evaluated from 46 to 58 points, “excellent” - from 59 to 70 points.

How much can you prepare for the exam?

You need to start preparing now. Before you start preparing, decide for yourself whether you will pore over a foreign language on your own or use the services of a tutor. The demo version for the OGE 2017 - English, presented at the end of this entry, will help you to determine this.

In our school, experienced and highly qualified teachers prepare for the Unified State Exam and the State Examination Agency. Since in most cases the knowledge gained within the walls of the school is not enough to pass this exam, it is advisable to start the lessons in advance.

How is the preparation for the GIA going?

It should be noted that the peculiarities of preparation depend on the knowledge of a foreign language with which the student began to study with us. Already in the first lesson, the teacher introduces the student to the format of the exam. Then, through testing and oral conversation, he identifies strong and weak sides its foreign. The preparation is complex, since the exam consists of oral and written parts. Accordingly, in each lesson, sufficient attention is paid to grammatical aspects, vocabulary, reading, working with text, listening and speaking. Usually, the most undeveloped language skills among schoolchildren are, of course, speaking and listening (understanding a foreign speech and the ability to answer after listening to the questions posed).
