"Spirituality, morality and international peace are the basis of life."

Yury A. Berg, Governor, Chairman of the Government of the Orenburg Region

Wherever and whenever we are with you, we are always surrounded by people of different nationalities. It is no coincidence that the Constitution of our country begins with the words: “We, a multinational people Russian Federation, united by a common destiny on their own land ... ".

Historically, Russia is the homeland of different peoples who speak different languages professing different religions, distinguished by the originality of cultures and mentality. The power and strength of the Russian state is largely due to the strong friendship of the peoples inhabiting it. We will never forget an example of true friendship and solidarity when, during the Great Patriotic War all the then multinational Soviet people rose to defend their homeland and defended its freedom.

Those who were born in the USSR remember the main idea of the state about the unity of nations. Children of the 60s and 80s happily dressed in national costumes of other republics at matinees, sang songs of other nations, learned poems and danced their national dances. It is unlikely that today's children and youth - the new generation - know what it is. Many good initiatives of the Soviet era, it would seem, have been lost forever.

But, as the laws of history say, all beginnings go through their round, after their apogee, are lost, and then again become relevant.

The problem of tolerance and an increase in the number of interethnic conflicts, a decrease in the feeling of patriotism and an active civic position, is widely discussed in the modern world and not by accident. Now in our country and abroad the problem of cruelty and aggression in interethnic relations, which are of a destructive and destructive nature, has become aggravated.

Russia is a multinational state in which representatives of more than one hundred and sixty peoples live, and on the territory of the Orenburg Territory inCurrently, representatives of 126 nationalities live and work: Russians, Tatars, Kazakhs, Ukrainians, Bashkirs, Germans, Chuvashs, Mordvinians, and these are just numerous peoples. And each of them is distinctive in its own way and has rich traditions. But this is interesting! We are all different, but we are all together, one big family that tries to live in peace, friendship and harmony. As Yuri Entin accurately noted in the poem "Live Orenburg", which became his official anthem:

“We have special people.

They are an example for many countries.

Here they pay tribute to Christ and Buddha,

The Torah and the Koran are friends here ... "

Purposeful work to foster tolerance among the younger generation has always been carried out. And our time is no exception. The concepts of "patriotism", "citizenship", "tolerance" are acquiring special meaning and enormous significance today. Because the respect of pupils for a classmate of another nationality, full-fledged communication on examples of equality, provision of necessary assistance, attentive attitude to his needs in solving emerging problems - this is one of the main values of human existence in harmony with the world of nature and society.

The ability to live in harmony with other nations and peoples is laid in childhood, especially at the initial level, since the foundation of a person's civic behavior is laid precisely at this age.

For the thirteenth year already, the city association of junior schoolchildren "SMID" (Country of boys and girls) has been operating in our Center, which unites students in grades 1-4 from 12 secondary schools (Republics). These are more than 3000 girls and boys, representatives of various nationalities. Facing each other every day, the guys simply must, must know the peculiarities of the culture, way of life, and the traditions of their classmates. After all, a civilized person in the world is considered a person who knows and respects not only the culture of his people, but also the culture of other nations.

This is what we were guided by, organizing such an event as the city festival of national cultures. "In the friendship of peoples - the unity of Russia!" ... In addition, our game-journey this year has a name that speaks for itself, namely: "We are all different - and this is our charm, we are all together - and this is our strength!"

The main idea of the festival iseducation of internationalism, respect for each other, for the customs, traditions and culture of different peoples inhabiting our small homeland.

Starting to develop this event, a number of tasks were identified:

- familiarization of students with the concepts of "tolerance";

- the formation of a positive attitude not only towards one's own people, but also towards other peoples;

- educational work with younger students on the study of national traditions and cultures of different peoples;

- attraction of adults: counselors, teachers primary grades, parents, as well as various organizations: the city museum of local lore, city libraries, the Center for Children's Creativity "Rainbow" as active participants in the formation in children of the foundations of national identity and love for their small homeland through mutual understanding, respect and friendship between people of different nationalities.

M. Prishvin said: “Everyone in their homeland has something that they want
say out loud. " The result exceeded all expectations. The festival program featured the cultures of 5 nationalities: Russian, Ukrainian, Tajik, Uzbek, Armenian, and one ethnic group - the Orenburg Cossacks.

Our festival began with a presentation of Russian culture. She was represented by several teams, but each conveyed in their performances their own vision of the culture, identity and character of the Russian people. The Russian people have always been distinguished by their rich culture, multiple
customs and colorful folklore. National culture, as memory distinguishes the Russian people from others, allows you to feel a genuine connection between times and generations, makes it possible to receive vital support and spiritual support. Perhaps, nothing characterizes the people so clearly as the holidays that they love and celebrate. In the holidays, as in a mirror, the character, culture and identity of each nation are reflected.

There were numerous speeches telling about the traditions of the Ukrainian people. The Ukrainians played an exceptional role in the economic development of the richest Orenburg region. They brought with them a high culture of agriculture, and also began to develop pig breeding, truck farming, melon growing and various folk crafts in the Orenburg steppes: pottery, blacksmithing, etc. And the Ukrainian settlements were distinguished by their unique appearance. The guys even learned the Ukrainian language for their performance.

One of the brightest performances was the presentation of young Cossacks. Vladimir Putin said about them: “The Cossacks, the Cossacks are a separate 'song' in our country. These are special people, they have their own age-old traditions, their own unique culture, very colorful, very interesting. " Original and original were presentedTajik, Uzbek, Armenian cultures, which conveyed the diversity and flavor of these peoples.

The speeches of the participants were accompanied by multimedia presentations about the represented culture, dances, songs, which aroused great interest among all those present in the hall. How many national dishes was presented!

An unusual friendly atmosphere, emotional uplift, interesting educational material, children's research work, collective creative deeds showed the importance and relevance of our event, as evidenced by numerous positive reviews students, leaders, parents and guests of the festival. The holiday was a success!

In addition, various creative contests were organized within the framework of the festival.

"... I want people on our planet to stop resembling unfriendly neighbors, so that they respect people of other nationalities, and that the friendship of peoples unites our common home, whose name is planet Earth!" These lines began one of creative works city competition participants "Mainland of Friendship" ... The guys presented works in different genres: legends, fairy tales, poems, compositions, writing, reflections. And they all talked about the friendship between children and adults of different nationalities. The jury members and organizers of the competition were pleased that, despite their young age, the guys were deeply imbued with this topic.

The person was initially interested in history. It doesn't matter whose story it is. The history of a person, a state, and maybe the whole world. After all, it is sometimes necessary to look into the past, to learn from the experience of ancestors. You can feel like the heir to great morals and customs.

And for this, first of all, you need to preserve your traditions, remember your national traits, the identity of the people and their spirituality. It is through this that we learn to love our homeland, our hometown, everything that our ancestors left as a gift.

And when, if not at a junior school age, it is necessary to start this work in order to educate a worthy citizen of your country. Smidovites took part in the city competition of creative works "The roots of the tree are strong" in nominations: 1 ) "National traditions in my family"; 2) "Once upon a time there were our ancestors"... Become an active participant in the poster competition "For peace, harmony and tolerance" and competition of creative works "Bird of Friendship" .

And to sum up everything that has been said, I would like a parable.

One day a white man and a black man met. White said: “How ugly you are! As if all smeared with soot! ". The black one frowned contemptuously and said: “And how ugly you are, white! As if you were all wrapped in white paper! " They argued, argued, could not come to an agreement in any way. And they decided to go to the sage. After listening to them, the sage said to the white man: “Look how handsome your black brother is! He is black as the southern night, and in it, like the stars, his eyes shine ... ”. Then the sage turned to the black man: “And you, friend, look how handsome your white brother is! He is beautiful, like the sparkling white snow that lies on the tops of the mountains, and his hair is the color of the sun ... ”. The black man and the white man were ashamed of their argument and made peace. And the sage was thinking about the future. And he imagined such a picture ... Whirling in a merry round dance, dancing and singing songs, white, black, yellow people. They look at each other with love. And someone's young voice overlaps the sounds of music and songs: “It's so good that we are all different. Otherwise it would be so boring to live! "

We have a common history and a common future. For centuries, mutual understanding and mutual assistance of people of different cultures have been the basis of the historical development of the nation. And you and I must constantly learn to accept each other for who we are - regardless of nationality, religion, beliefs and customs. Learn to respect each other and preserve interethnic harmony in our country. And even if we speak different languages, but all together we form a single multinational people of the Russian Federation, united by a common destiny on our land.

Development of a lesson on the course of ORCSE within the framework of the topic "Spiritual traditions of the multinational people of Russia". Form: excursion lesson. LESSON SCENARIO.

Slide 1 ... Map of the Russian Federation

The teacher reads a poem by Tatyana Bokova "An immense country"

An immense country.

If long-long-long

Fly us on the plane

If long-long-long

We should look at Russia.

Then we will see

And forests and cities,

Ocean expanses

Ribbons of rivers, lakes, mountains ...

We will see a distance without an edge

Tundra where spring is ringing.

And then we will understand what

Our homeland is big

An immense country.

Our homeland Russia is the largest state in the world. Its population is 143,030,106 people. Representatives of more than 160 nationalities live in Russia, who speak more than 100 languages.

Guys, what is the most common language in Russia? (Russian)

It is also considered the state language of the Russian Federation in accordance with article 68 of the Constitution.

According to article 5 of the Constitution, the Russian Federation consists of subjects, including 21 republics, 48 regions, 7 territories, 1 autonomous region, 9 autonomous regions. All Republics that are part of Russia have equal rights and can establish their own state languages. So, for example, in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, in addition to Russian, the Abaza, Karachai, Nogai and Circassian languages have the state status.

Russia is a secular state, but people of different faiths live in it. Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, paganism and other religions are represented in Russia. 80% of the believing population of Russia consider themselves Orthodox Christians.

Now we see with you guys how diverse, rich and multinational our great country Russia is. All its peoples are one big family, we all, regardless of nationality and religion, call ourselves "Russians". And creating a large and friendly family is always not easy. Over the centuries, spiritual traditions have developed that unite all the nations and peoples of our country. There are many of these traditions. But today in the lesson we will talk with you only about one - the kindest and most beautiful tradition - about the FRIENDSHIP OF THE PEOPLES OF RUSSIA.

Slide 2. Lesson topic: "Spiritual Tradition of Friendship of the Peoples of Russia in Works of Art"

Ukrainian poetess Natalya Lvovna Zabila once wrote a wonderful poem, which contains such wonderful lines:

“Nations are like one family,

Although their language is different.

All are daughters and sons

Your beautiful country "

Guys, what do you think the poetess expressed in these lines? (children's answers)

That's right guys, Natalya Lvovna told us that we have one homeland, and we are all her children. Friendship of the peoples of Russia is a very ancient and kindest tradition of our multinational people. We learned that the Russian Federation includes 21 republics! Each republic has preserved its national traditions, its own language, its own religion, its own culture, and most importantly, the tradition of friendship of peoples has been preserved in each republic.

Tell me, guys, how can we learn about this wonderful tradition, that people of different nationalities of our country have always been friends, helped and supported each other in trouble, shared their joy and success? (children's answers)

That's right, we can learn about this from the stories of elders, our parents, grandparents, from school lessons and, of course, from works of art: literature, architecture, painting and sculpture, because works of art always reflect the most important events and phenomena of our life , are the material embodiment of the culture of the people.

Today I invite you to take a trip to some of the republics of our homeland and see works of art dedicated to the main spiritual tradition of our people - centuries-old friendship. In every large and small republic there are monuments dedicated to the friendship of peoples. Of course, you and I do not have the opportunity to see everything, but today we will visit 6 republics and, of course, the capital of our homeland, Moscow. In every republic we will be met by guides, who will be the guys of our class today. They are already ready to tell us about the most famous monuments of Friendship of Peoples. Let's get a route.

Slide 3. Our route.

We will go on a journey from the capital of our homeland - Moscow. Here are the cities and republics that we are with you:

Vladikavkaz - the capital of the republicNorth Ossetia Alania

Grozny - the capital of the Chechen Republic

Ufa - the capital of the Republic Bashkortostan

Izhevsk - the capital of the Udmurt Republic

Slide 4.

The guide's story:

The Druzhba monument has become a kind of symbol of Maykop. This majestic monument was erected in honor of the 400th anniversary of the annexation of Adygea to Russia. The figures from 1557-1957 are carved on a huge white stone slab. Nearby, on a high pedestal, like brothers, there are a Russian knight and an Adyghe warrior cast in bronze. The inscription on the pedestal reads: "Forever with Russia." The monument was erected in 1968. Its authors are the famous sculptor and artist Matvey Genrikhovich Manizer and his son Hugo Matveyevich Manizer.

In the XIII century. Turkish sultans and Crimean khans destroyed and devastated the Adyghe land, taking people into captivity. The Adygs were in danger of complete ruin and destruction, and they turned for help to the Russian Tsar Ivan Gorzny. From 1557 the Circassians joined Russia. Ivan the Terrible married the daughter of the Kabardian prince Temryuk, and after being baptized in Moscow she became Tsarina Maria. Since then, Adygea has become forever with Russia.

Teacher: well guys, let's continue our journey through the south of Russia. From Maikop we move to Vladikavkaz - the capital of North Ossetia.

Slide 5.

The guide's story:

The monument "Friendship of peoples" was installed in Vladikavkaz on Reunification Square in 1982 in honor of the 200th anniversary of the voluntary annexation of Ossetia to Russia. The authors of the monument: sculptors Ch. Dzaganov, S. Sanakoev, artist M. Tsarikaev, architect A. Arapov. The monument symbolizes the friendship of the Ossetian and Russian peoples: two brothers on horseback ride towards a happy fate.

The document on the annexation of Ossetia to Russia was signed in 1774 in the Mozdok fortress. So Ossetia became part of Russian Empire... As a result of this annexation, friendly relations between the Ossetian and Russian populations were strengthened.

In 2009, the republic hosted festive events dedicated to the 235th anniversary of the annexation of Ossetia to Russia. The head of North Ossetia, Taimuraz Mamsurov, said in his congratulations: “Independent United Ossetia has joined Russia. It was a voluntary, conscious choice of our people. We are one with Russia in spirit, connected with it great history... We are proud of Russia and grateful to our great Fatherland for unbending courage, generosity and humanism "

Teacher: Let's go further. On the way we have the Chechen Republic and its capital - the city of Grozny.

Slide 6.

The guide's story:

The People's Friendship Monument was opened in 1973. This is a monument to three heroes of the Civil War: the Russian - Nikolai Gikalo, the Chechen - Aslambek Sheripov and the Ingush - Gapur Akhriev

Nikolay Fedorovich Gikalowas the commander of the Soviet armed forces in the city of Grozny, during the Civil War he headed the armed struggle against the White Guard troops of Denikin.

Aslanbek Dzhemaldinovich Sheripov- Chechen by nationality. He was the commander of the Chechen Red Army. After the capture of the North Caucasus by the White Guards, together with Gikalo, he fought against Denikin, and was killed in battle.

Gapur Saidovich Akhrievwas a member of the Vladikavkaz council, people's commissar of the national Terek republic, a participant in the Civil War.

During the First Chechen War, this monument was blown up. Once again restored according to the project of the famous sculptor Abdulla Suleimanov, it will become a symbol of the revival of a new life in the Chechen Republic.

Teacher: So we visited the republics of southern Russia with you, and now we will go deep into our vast Motherland. On the way along our route, the city of Ufa is the capital of Bashkiria.

Slide 7.

The guide's story:

The Friendship Monument was opened in Ufa in 1965. It is dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the annexation of Bashkiria to the Russian state. Two vertical steles, fastened with three rings of gray granite, symbolize the unity of Russia and Bashkiria.

Slide 8.

At the base of the monument two female figures sit majestically - a Russian and a Bashkir. Their hands are directed to the relief depicting the moment of registration of the adoption of Russian citizenship. They crown this relief with laurel wreaths. This event is reminded of the words and dates carved on the monument: "1557 - 1957", "Glory to the great fraternal friendship of the Russian and Bashkir peoples." The authors are sculptors M.F. Baburin, G.P. Levitskaya, architects E.I. Kutyrev, G.I. Gavrilov.

There are three more reliefs on the monument: one of them depicts a strong handshake of the Russian and Bashkir workers, the joy of their labor victory, two more reliefs are devoted to the theme of science and culture

Teacher: Well, guys, we are leaving Ufa and moving on. Next stop in the city of Izhevsk.

Slide 9.

The guide's story:

The monument "Friendship of peoples" is a symbol of the city of Izhevsk and the entire republic of Udmurtia. It was opened in 1972 and is dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the entry of Udmurtia into Russia. The authors are the architect R. Topuridze and the sculptor A.N. Burganov. The height of the monument is 46 meters. Two huge pylons symbolize Udmurtia and Russia. Between them there are many gilded metal reliefs that reflect the stages of the joint history of fraternal peoples: the beginning of the path, creative work, defense of the Fatherland, friendship

Slide 10

A wonderful poem was dedicated to his homeland by the Udmurt poet Flor Vasiliev:

In any thicket there are no extra trees,

And even if you cut down the bushes,

Then and then the forests will lose their ancient ones,

Natural and wondrous beauty.

How someone's affection warms

When the time comes for the dashing trouble,

So then a person is happy

When he is not alone on earth.

There is enough latitude and blue in the Volga,

But with Kama, she is even stronger.

And for me there would be no Russia

Without my little Udmurtia ...

Teacher. Tell me guys, how do you understand the first quatrain of this poem? With what does the author compare the forest, its trees and bushes? (children's answers)

That's right, the forest is our Russia, and the trees and bushes are its republics, territories, regions. Without bushes and trees, the forest will lose its "ancient natural and wondrous beauty", therefore every corner, every republic, every nation is dear to Russia!

Well, we leave the beautiful Udmurtia and go to the city of Saransk - the capital of Mordovia.

Slide 11.

The guide's story:

The Friendship Alley was founded in 1985 in honor of the 500th anniversary of the voluntary entry of the Mordovian people into the Russian state. The monument "Forever with Russia" was opened in 1986 in honor of the centuries-old friendship of the Mordovian people with other peoples of the country. The authors are the sculptor I.D. Brodsky and architect I.A. Pokrovsky. The monument represents two women in national dress carrying one ear of wheat, which personifies the gifts of the land. We all live on the same land, we are all brothers and sisters. The female images were chosen due to the fact that Russia and Mordovia are feminine, so it turns out that they are two sisters. The knees of both women are bent. This means that they are equal, that they keep pace and bring prosperity and bread to the future. Friendship, support and mutual understanding are the main idea of this monument.

Teacher: Well, guys, we made an interesting journey through the six republics of our great country, and we end it in the capital of our homeland - the hero city of Moscow, where wonderful monuments of friendship between the peoples of Russia are also erected.

Slide 12.

The guide's story:

The monument was opened in 1997 during the celebration of the 850th anniversary of Moscow. This is Armenia's gift to Muscovites for the holiday. Sculptors: Lenin Prize winners Frid Sogoyan and Vahe Sogoyan.

This monument is a symbol of friendship between two great peoples, Russian and Armenian. It is made of white marble. Two female figures clung to each other, and between them there is a cross. These are Russia and Armenia, they are united by a common fate and pain, a common hope, together they guard the cross - a symbol of age-old friendship, common Christian faith and spirituality. The monument, located under the fir trees, looks very gentle and touching. It stands in a cozy public garden in the very center of Moscow.

The history of Russian-Armenian relations has ancient traditions. Over the centuries, Russia has played an important role in the fate of the Armenian people. Today, the fraternal Armenian people live in Russia, for whom the Russian land has become a second homeland. Therefore, it is very important in our time to preserve the tradition of Christian love, brotherhood and mutual understanding of the two peoples.

Armenian poetess Knarik Sarkisovna Hartavakyan dedicated wonderful words to Russia

TO RUSSIA

I will not say majestically: "Russia! .."

I say with gentle gentleness: "Rus".

You will answer, you will answer, I ask:

How to get rid of your old sadness?

You have united peoples, languages

By mercy, by my speech.

Oh, your tongue, mighty, great,
Holiness of spirit and the ringing of churches! ..

Not in a pompous, lofty syllable -

I will cling to you with spring affection,
I will fall with a tearful word

And to your birches, and to flax ...

To cornflowers in rye and ears,
Gilding near the oak groves ...

And I will touch the silky hair

In the palpable whisper of herbs.

Mother dear, Rus, Ros-Russia,

How can I say this love?

Sprinkle me with a host of dreams, clean tears, -

Will you take your vows, will you answer again?

Like a tree of foliage with a light fall,

Will I lay down the gold of the world at my feet,
Will I wrap my poems in the Russian way,
To say how much I love, -

You will answer with words and silence,
That speech will be sincerely true.

And narrated by the afterword

I have been given both to comprehend and to preserve.

And here is a free translation by K.S. Hartavakian from Armenian from the lyrics of the Don poet Khevond Nairyan.

RUSSIA

I am an Armenian, but my heart is with you, Russia!

As a mother, I have entrusted my hopes to you.

Accept the words of confession from your son,

Be the guiding star forever in fate.

Songs caress my ears Gorsky Russian women

They merged forever in a filial heart together,

One melody is magically intertwined.

I dare not utter the holy words of love,

I do not disturb your new wounds with tears.

Intercessor Russia, I cherish your speech,

Like the Armenian language, the speech of the Armenian family.

I will not take my eyes off the boundless blue,

I am forever rich with your quiet beauty.

I am Armenian, but my heart is with you, Russia,

And Russian is my friend and brother forever! ..

(From the cycle "Under the Sky of Russia" of the book "Zurna")

Teacher. Guys, what can you say about these wonderful Armenian poets after listening to their poems?(children's answers)

Teacher. That's right guys. In these verses love for Russia is expressed, it is told that it has united peoples, that all peoples living in Russia are brothers and sisters, one big multinational family.

Teacher: So our journey ended, from which we learned about the centuries-old spiritual tradition of the peoples of our multinational Russia, which is called a simple, understandable and such a wonderful word - FRIENDSHIP.

Guys, now I would like you to think and answer - what common features have you noticed in all the monuments dedicated to the friendship of peoples? (children name common features: the monuments immortalized the event of the reunification of Russia and the republic, they express the friendship of peoples, they show figures symbolizing Russia and the republic or a Russian person and a representative of the people of this republic, many monuments reflect the joint affairs of two peoples - the defense of the Fatherland, the creation of a peaceful life, joint work, monuments indicate that the friendship of peoples in Russia will continue forever, etc.)

Well done, you listened very carefully to our guides and understood everything correctly.

What conclusions can we draw from our lesson today? (children's answers)

Well done. We will draw the following conclusions:

  1. Russia is a single multinational state;
  2. All republics and peoples living on the territory of Russia are equal;
  3. Every people has the right to preserve its religion, language, history and original culture;
  4. A tradition of friendship and warm respect for the culture and traditions of neighboring peoples developed in Russia many centuries ago, and we must sacredly honor and continue this tradition.
  5. And most importantly, we learned that one of the most important spiritual traditions of the multinational people of our great Russia is the centuries-old FRIENDSHIP.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

Well, now, guys, each of you will try as an architect and sculptor and create your own projects of a modern MONUMENT OF FRIENDSHIP OF THE PEOPLES OF RUSSIA, which could be installed in our city or on the porch of our school. You will create your projects on paper using pencils. In the next lesson, you will defend your projects, and together we will select the winners and award them with certificates for the best project of the monument of peoples' friendship. When defending a project, you will need to explain your intention.

And I want to finish our lesson with a poem by Nikolai Konstantinovich Dorizo “ Your homeland "

There are sacred borders on earth,

But there are no border soldiers on them.

Wheat runs across those borders.

They stand on them, hugging an apple tree.

You will pass them and you will not even notice,

That you came to another land.

You will meet good friends all the way

From villages, villages, from distant villages ...

And walk along the street with a song.

There are sacred borders on earth.

And there is FRIENDSHIP without borders in the world!

Students are working on a project.

Note: This project can be collective. You can invite the guys to unite in interest groups.

Relevance the problem of asserting the ideals of tolerance in our society is beyond doubt today. This is, first of all, the growth of various kinds of extremism, aggressiveness, the expansion of conflict zones and conflict situations. The difficulties of social development in the Russian Federation are due to the following reasons:

1) Large territorial space and multinational people inhabiting it;

2) lack of a developed legal democratic consciousness;

3) lack of formation of the values of tolerance.

President V.V. Putin named among the values that underlie modern state policy and without which we “cannot imagine our country” are: justice, personal and national freedom, freedom of religion, choice of residence, international peace, patriotism , faith in Russia, the unity of the Russian nation. We live in a strong state, in which there is still no idea of a single Russian people, united by a sense of patriotism, rooted in national history, culture, morality, and having a common ideal of the future.

In modern pedagogical science, tolerance is considered as the most important humanistic quality of a person, characterized by a value attitude towards other people, expressed in the recognition, acceptance and understanding of different worldviews, different value orientations, stereotypes of behavior of representatives of other cultures, tolerance towards other peoples.

In the upbringing of a Russian citizen and a patriot, a general education school plays a particularly important role. Preparing for the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard in elementary school, having studied the Program of Spiritual and Moral Education, we came to the conclusion that it is in the elementary school, where the foundations of education and upbringing are laid, that it is necessary and possibly effective formation of tolerance. This is due to their age characteristics and the nature of the manifestation of individual personality traits. Submission to imitation, to elders, trust, openness, desire for obedience, diligence contribute to the rapid development of existing norms and social stereotypes in society. Therefore, primary school age can be considered a favorable period for the formation of tolerance.

As a result of the demographic features of the settlement of peoples on the territory of our country, historically formed from ancient times, no nation or nationality lives separately from others within the borders of its region. The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is no exception. In labor collectives, educational institutions representatives of different nationalities work and study. On the Yamal land, the cultures of Russians, Tatars, Nenets, Ukrainians, Belarusians - representatives of more than 100 nationalities - intersect. Taking into account the national composition of the region and studying the cultural characteristics of neighboring ethnic groups is a prerequisite for the implementation of the regional component of the content of education.

V ... The fight against terrorism.

September 3 - memorable date of the tragedy in Beslan

It should be noted that September 3 is the newest memorable date in Russia today. It was officially approved by the federal law "On the days of military glory (victory days) in Russia", which was released on July 6, 2005.

A large number of terrible terrorist acts have taken place in our country over the past decades. But the most terrible of them, without a doubt, can be called the tragic events that took place in Beslan (North Ossetia), when many children died. The militants infiltrated school No. 1 and took students, their parents and teachers hostage. The criminals held 1,128 people in the school building for three days.

The result of this terrorist act was the death of more than 350 people, which amounted to about 1% of the city's population. Among the dead were not only hostages and civilians, but also military personnel. Half of those killed were minors. The particular tragedy of this terrorist attack lies in the fact that mainly children and women were killed. More than 500 people were injured.

Russians also remember the victims of other terrorist attacks that took place in Moscow, as well as in Chechnya, Dagestan, Budennovsk, Pervomaisky and other regions of our country on September 3.

On this day, memorial services are traditionally held, flowers are laid at the memorials of the victims, an All-Russian minute of silence is held. During a minute of silence, white doves are released into the sky in many Russian cities to symbolize peace. In the schools of our country, special lessons dedicated to the problems of the fight against terrorism and extremism are timed to this date.

Terrorism and terrorists

Terrorism is currently one of the most important threats to the security of humanity and modern world generally.

Children and adults in Russia and around the world should know that terrorism must not only be combated, it is much more important and more effective to prevent its occurrence. Only by uniting, all together we will be able to resist terrorism, not only national, but also international.

And the best prevention of extremist sentiments in society is tolerance and mutual respect. We must respect the cultural and religious characteristics of all those peoples who inhabit our multinational country.

The tragic events in Beslan shocked the whole world and had a wide public response. Leaders of different countries and ordinary people expressed solidarity with Russia in its struggle. It is safe to say that the fight against terrorism today is one of the most important tasks of our state.

The creation of such a memorable date in our country was an important step towards perpetuating the memory of all those innocent people who became accidental victims of brutal terrorist acts throughout Russia. This day is intended to symbolize the unification of the state and society in the fight against a common enemy.

It should be reminded that on September 3, 2005, government bodies, public and religious associations throughout Russia organized and held various commemorative events, including divine services and candlelight processions along the city streets. The All-Russian Memory Watch also took place.

Law "On Countering Terrorism"

On February 26, 2006, the State Duma adopted a law "On Countering Terrorism." It provided for the creation of a state system for countering terrorism. The main powers in the fight against terrorism were vested in the FSB. The head of the operational headquarters is the director of the FSB. The new law gives the FSB the ability to engage the armed forces in the fight against terrorism. In addition, the President of the Russian Federation signed a law according to which the military can also be involved in striking terrorist bases located outside the territory of our country.

To speak of a good or bad nation is to act incorrectly.

It is stupid and offensive to humiliate or elevate any nation.

Study the culture of other nations - this will enrich your own.

Treat others the way you want others to treat you.

and most importantly, we learned that one of the most important spiritual traditions of the multinational people of our great Russia is the centuries-old FRIENDSHIP.

about terrible terrorist acts, about tragic events that happened

in Beslan (North Ossetia), when many children were killed.

The children needed to take a personal part in the fight against terrorism. Children and adults in Russia and around the world should know that terrorism must not only be combated, it is much more important and more effective to prevent it.

The students came to the conclusion that "Friendship of peoples living in the Russian Federation is the key to the successful development of the country and its citizens!"

And the personal merit of each of us is measured only by what we are able to create with our labor and our talent.

Our nationalities, nationalities.
